Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts

Controling Sister

My Parents pasted two years ago. The house was sold, and at the signing there was four checks for us four children(adults). The executor of the estate one of children, Told lawyer that only one was to be had. She then put check into estate account. To my knowlage all bills have been paid, before sale of house. There are two cars involed also, one brother has car signed over to him by executor. Other is in her yard to sell, yet someone in family has been using. Questions are,

Can executor charge for usage of car?

When can funds be devied?

Will there be any taxes that have to be paid on $223,136.?

When will stocks have to be sold?

When will IRAs have to be closed?

Will she have to account for all things sold from house?

She has things that were to go to brother and she took to her house. She wants to sell things on ebay as well as private sale.

She has been taking care of bills for brother such as lights, gas, oil, and reg the car for him. When he lived in house before sale. All out of estate.

Thank you for your time

Re: Controling Sister

You imply there was a will. What does the will provide? No answer is possible without the will.
