Re: estate

You are responsible for using reasonable and prudent judgment in handling the assets of the estate. This means if your sister moves into the home, you should have a lease agreement for the use of the home and she should be responsible like any occupant of the home and should carry tenant's insurance and you should notify your insurance agent you are going to lease the property so the property is properly insured.

If you have an attorney helping you, you should ask him for advice on how to deal with this issue.
