In Massachusetts, do I have to split my inheridance with my spouse?

It depends. What does your spouse say?

Seriously, it would depend upon a variety of factors, and although a married person is entitled to maintain separate property, there are circumstances, including divorce, where the answer might be different (based upon, for example, the length of a marriage, sources of income during marriage, actions of the other spouse with respect to inheritance, etcetera)

It depends if you stay married, you can do what you want with it. In a divorce, it would become marital property subject to division.
