Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts

I would like to be removed from document naming me as an executor of a will, a health care proxy, and an attorney-in-fact. How can I do this officially in Massachusetts?

Thank you.

You cannot remove yourself from the documents. You can decline to serve in that capacity. If the person who named you is still alive and competent, then I would send them a letter asking them to remove you from those positions.

Good Luck

There us no official way. YOu can send a certified letter with return receipt telling them to name another person(s).
