Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts

AM I required to sign a general ascent form for probate if it is clear my sister is the executor and I am not named in any of the fiduciary gifts?

Can I just let it be, I have no desire to contest this

It will make things easier and less expensive if you assent to the appointment of your sister as executor.
