Legal Question in Workers Comp in Massachusetts

I was injured falling in the parking lot at work and had a severe break in my wrist. The company wants me to return to work in another position . I am unable to work with my dominent hand and they are telling me I will only receive pay for the number of hours I work. Should workmans comp pick up the balance? They are also saying OT has to be on my own time. I am still in alot of pain.

They are also making me lose my floating holiday pay. I had scheduled the time off but was injured before I could take it. Are they legally able to do that?

It would depend on several factors, whether this would be a workers' comp. case. If it is, your ability to retun to work would be determined by what your doctor says, not their doctor. Please contact me if you would like some help with this case.
