Business Bancruptcy
I am a small business owner who is contemplating bancruptcy for my business only. Can you please tell me if and how it would affect my personal assets? I have a credit line through Chase and do not know if I can pay it.

Is your business incorporated? Did you personally guaranty and of the debt? I am located in Michigan and would be happy to speak with you about this, there just aren't enough facts here to tell you what can or can't happen.
