Legal Question
just asking
my father in law is being sued for a fire that started after he tried to thaw out some pipes this winter this is not his house nor his tenents his friend who is the landlord lives in florida, neither the landlord or the tenant had insurance. my father in law is not certified in plumbing etc.. he was just trying to help. is he liable ?
