Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan

I obtained a PPO against my boyfriend's ex-wife for harassment last week. Now she is saying that she spoke to an attorney and has found out that because of the PPO I got approved on her, that I am no longer allowed to be around her & my boyfriend's minor child that they have together. Is this true???

She is also saying that she is going to sue me for defamation of character! Can she really sue me when I had enough evidence of harassment that the judge granted my PPO ex-parte???
