Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan

i know recording a conversation is illegal without consent of all people in Michigan, I got question what if I am in the same room and wrote every single peace of conversation down in a note book would that be able to be used what if I sent to each person certified mail. and they signed for it. for example

You are wrong in your law. One person can tape a conversation if they are part of it and do not have to let the other side know. You just cannot attempt to tape a conversation if two other people which you are not a part of.
