Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan

This is what happened I found this car on a website of a well known dealer in which it did have a carfax certificate and many pictures along with a video of the car itself, when the car was delivered I was not given all the details or full disclosure of the mechinal and damage problems which made the car unsafe to drive, one was the car did not go into gear the person who drove the car to my location said" We almost didn't get the car out of the lot because of the shiftier problem" when I said it sounded like a transmission problem he told me it was a linkage problem as well as it needed a front end alinment. Next was the driver seat did not stay locked in an upright position,as well as the odometer milage did not match the mileage on the car, we were not told about a broken windshield or a scratch which made it almost impossible to see above, I went to take it out to test drive for myself I was unable to move the car out of park to be able to drive it . My brother wrote a check for the car purchase he put a stop payment on the check when he had run another VIN number check which came up with it being in an auto acceident he called the company to come get it the same night and they didn't call til the next day which was a friday saying they would have someone there to check it out but no one had showed up then they called on monday saying they will take us to court for fraud and we haven't heard from them since and now it has been almost a week without communication !! I'm confused I thought there were certain things that had to be disclosed when an comsumer asked ?

Did the car come with a warranty? Did you print out the entire website and copy the videos and pictures on it? An odometer disclosure issue could be a problem depending upon the age of the vehicle. What is the make model and year? Did you do an autocheck on the vin number?
