can a hospital be exspent from the statue of limations law?

You are asking about the "statute" of limitations. I do not believe a hospital is "exempt" from the statute of limitations unless you signed something waiving/extending the statute of limitations. If you are being sued on a hospital debt, I may be able to help you. Please call at 2486791552.
