Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

The anonimty of this site

If a person confesses to a crime on this site or any like sites can it be used against them in a court of law. I am sure it would take no time to get a court order and trace IP addressed and link the post to a particular person. So my question is, for all the people who post their legal questions on this site are they putting themselves in danger when submitting incrimminating evidence. I thought about this after reading some questions people have posted in the past on this site. I thought it was an interesting thought. So I posted it. How private are these post. I know you can not see who posted them, but I am sure the people who read and answer these post can. Are post like this admissible in court, or are they lacking in creditbilty.

Re: The anonimty of this site

that I'd why I usually give the best sdvjcd to people off the list, to keep matters confidential. Most police or prosecutors are not on here giving advice anyway, so I dont think anyone would have this used against them. Visit www.kliszlaw.com for more assistance. Tim Klisz
