We have answered MANY questions about this at lawguru.com. Search the Q&A Database for setting aside a conviction.

The conviction you are trying to set aside has to be your one and only criminal conviction ... even traffic misdemeanors count (like DWLS).

It is advisable that you consult with an attorney, because the process is very technical, and if you don't follow the procedures you cannot get what you want.
