filling a false police report
I filled a false police report against my fiancee saying he tried to kill me, he was arrested and at court I told them I lied now I am being charged and have a court date. What can happen to me? I have never been in trouble with the law before! I knew I was lying when I called and had him arrested but I have really bad anxiety and have notes from my psychiatrist and counselor stating this and that I am on medication that I gave to the detective in court! And she told me she didnt think I would be charged with anything due to my circumstances and I am wondering exactly what may they charge me with and what the punishment would be?
