Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
what is legal and what isn't
I am a homosexual, during January of this year I started dating a boy. I was 17 and he was 15. Recently I turned 18, now we have had no sexual contact besides kissing and we would like to know when it is legal to do things, when he turns 16, 17, or 18? So basically I want to know what were allowed to do at what ages from here until he turns 18.
