You have to give us a lot more than that before anyone can even think to give you an answer. (1) How old are you? (2) Was your conviction when you were in juvenile court or adult court? (3) What are you trying to get set aside (list all charges you were convicted of that you're trying to set aside, because one case with 5 counts equals 5 convictions)? (4) How long ago were you sentenced for these crimes? (5) Have you ever applied to set aside these or other convictions? (6) Do you have any other felony or misdemeanor convictions beyond the ones you're trying to set aside (you even have to include minor traffic misdemeanors like No License, Driving While License Suspended, etc.)?

A whole lot more information is needed? What is the conviction you are attempting to get set aside? When and where was it? What was your sentence and when was it completed? What other convictions do you have including diversion sentencings such as HYTA and 7411? Get a copy of your Michigan IChat online and feel free to contact us to discuss the matter further.
