Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Michigan

I'm 16 and pregnant. my baby's father/boyfriend is 24. my mother approves of the relationship and the pregnancy. the thing is, i had lied to my boyfriend about my age and told him i was 18, it wasnt until recently that i had told him my age. will my boyfriend/baby's father be able to be in the birthing room while im having my baby; will he be able to sign the birth certificate without being in trouble with the law?

The big question is your age at the time you had intercourse. If you were under 16, he is in a world of trouble. If you were 16, the relationship is legal and there should be no problems. kliszlaw.com. Tim Klisz
