third degree retail fraud while already on probation

i have been on probation for operating while impaired second offense for about one year. i caught stealing 40 worth of disc golf equipment in march, and never left the store with any merchandise and it wasnt tampered with or damaged. i saw my probation officer today and she told me i had a warrant. what should i expect? this is in kalamazoo county.

Turn yourself in with an attorney for a VOP hearing. Talk to your probation officer and see what she will recommend at the VOP hearing. Also, see if you can get the other charges reolved prior to the hearing,. May want to adjourn the VOP hearing in the meantime.
