how do i get custody of my kids?
My wife is using my kids against me to keep me from divorcing her. She says she will take my kids away so I won't be able to see them anymore. She is bi-polar and unstable. How do I go about the divorce and getting custody of my kids?

This may sound radical, but since the most important things in a person's life are his or her children, how about seeing a lawyer? Look at what you paid for in your life and the importance of your kids, and then think about what you want to do........unless you want the kids to be brought up in the environement that you described.
