Disability and child support payments?

If and when I receive S.S. disabilty how does that effect my child support payment being on a fixed income and my two children will also be receiving monthly payment from social security?

Your child support should go down. However you must notify the Friend of the Court of the change in order to get the support order reduced. Call my office if you have additional requirement or want legal assistance in reducing the support requirements.
