Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

my divorce was final over a year ago and the papers said we keep what we have. He has some of our daughter's belongings and recently signed for a another term in the army and is stationed in another state. Since he is not going to have our daughter at his house at all and I have full legal and physical custody I would like to get the stuff that belongs to her. I asked him and he refused to give it to me and plans on just getting rid offit when he deploys which is pointless since I am willing to get the items that belong to my daughter. All I am asking for is the antiques that were passed through my family that have been used for her since birth, her toys, baby book, etc. I'm not trying to go back and get 1/2 of OUR belongings just stuff for my kid. How can I go about getting this stuff rom him for her? She's only 5 and too young to ask for herself.

Your divorce lawyer should file a motion and ask the judge for a court order to get your daughter's possessions.
