Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

legally moving out at 17 years of age

I am a female who just turned 17 and I live in the state of Michigan. My boyfriend is 23 years old and I have just given birth to our first child. I live in my mothers home right now which is completely filthy, piled with junk from floor to ceiling. Not a place that my child should be raised. I would like to move out with my boyfriend to an apartment so that we can raise our child together. Can I legally do this without emancipation given the circumstances? Thanks.

You can move with your mother's permission. However, you need to think twice about shacking up with a 23 year old guy that knocked up a 16 or 17 year old kid.
