Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

online affairs

I am married and having an online affair. I was told that this is against the law in Michigan and a felony. Hoping you can answer this one for me. Thanks

It actually is but I don't believe it has been prosecuted in over 50 years don't worry about it.
