Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Parenting tme

My JOD states that I get my kids 4 days per week based on my work schedule. I make my schedule so it isn't changing all of the time, but everyother week my first day would be on a Sunday. My exwife refuses to let me have the kids on a weekend day. How can see refuse me time, which is based off MY work schedule and who do I talk to to get her to let me have my kids?

When you have a parenting time dispute like this, you should make a motion before the Friend of the Court or judge (depending on the county), and have the matter addressed. That is what courts are for........when people cannot solve their own issues. William S. Stern

File a parenting time complaint with the Friend of the Court.
