uncontested divorice

We have a house in both our names i dont want it if he does is there anyway i can get my name off it. Also how many days do i have to give him to change ultilites in his name?

You can easily quit claim the deed to him which would remove you from the chain of title. If you owe money on the house and have signed the mortgage, you will still be liable for making the payments. You should see a lawyer before you doing anything to make sure your interests are protected. If you need help give me a call.
