Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan

I was in a 3 car accident (middle) car there was damage to the front and back of my car . The police were called and the third driver was found at fault. I recieved a ticket for not having insurance. Can I sue to have my car repaired and if so who do I sue.

Unfortunately, No one. Even worse, they can sue you through their insurance company for any of their damages. Driving without insurance is a crime and the other consequences are you cannot sue anyone, and you can get sued by the drivers or their insurers. Sorry for the bad news.
