Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan

A slanderous book was recently published with unconsented pictures of my minor children. the publisher has removed from shelves the book already since i have called but the author has a book signing next week and already has in his possesion many books. How do i get an injunction to stop him from selling these books. I believe it breaks 2 pcc laws as far as being not newsworthy and would not be found appropiate by a normal everyday person. please help
