Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Michigan

I went to my doctor appointment with my wife present for medication refill but the doctor was angery, then falsely accused me of wrong doing put it in my medical record after me and my wife left what should I do.

First, this is not an intellectual property issue. Intellectual property is patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and related law.

Second, while I am not a Michigan attorney, I do not see anything can can/would be specific to Michigan law here because you did not say what type of "wrong doing" they accused you of, and that really matters. Abuse of a family member? Just being beligerant to the doctor's office staff? Trying to procure medication by lying to a physician? (some of these circumstances would be specific to MI criminal law)

I don't know whether you are accused of criminal or civil "wrong doing" (or maybe neither). Please seek the advice of an attorney in MI, and give him/her the additional details.
