what do i do

i live in michigan i paid a attorney to help out a friend he's not doing his job, infact it seems like he's against my friend. Will I get into trouble if i voice record our next conversation (attorney and myself)

Please ask your question in a catagory which will reach a Michigan attorney. The answer to your question will be under MI law whether one can voice record a conversation without the other person's knowledge. Try criminal law catagory.
