Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan

I just had an interview at an auto dealership, and I've heard several times that all dealerships drug test, so I'm expecting that any time. I've also heard that in Michigan, you must get a 24 hour notice for any drug test. Is that true, or can they do an introductory drug test whenever they feel like it?

There is no warnings. The employer can test anytime. Why would a notice be required? So an employee could try to fake the test? Drugs stay in your system for a long time anyway, so this wouldn't help. Good luck. Kliszlaw.com. Tim Klisz
