In Michigan, as in all other states, the employer doeasn't HAVE to do anything. For example, the employer can hire or fire you because he doeasn't like the way you part your hair, unless you or your union have a written contract to the contrary.

The employer could conduct the test anyway he wants to. It doeasn't even have to be consistent, and the results could be unconfirmed; riddled with mistakes; and even be another person's urine.
