Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan

I would like to quit my job for reasons under duress...I have been working for a company for 10 years with no problems until the last 3 years. I have been documenting things being said to me by co-workers and my employer. The other day we had a team meeting and they all, but 1 accused me of numerous things and my boss told me that he thinks I need to go on HRT's due to the fact that I had a hysterectomy 4 years ago. How can an employer say something like that to a woman?
