Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan

Hello, I signed a pre-employment bonus contract and I don't like this company at all. They mislead me to accept the position and conveniently left a lot of things out of my job duties that frankly, if I knew I would not have taken this position. I am an airline pilot and there are also safety issues with worn out air planes. Can I leave this company without having to pay back this bonus? I am supposed to stay a year. Company is based in Ohio. I live in MIchigan.
