What grounds does a landlord have if a lease agreement is terminated if there is nothing stated within the lease agreement about early termination?

There is probably something in the lease about termination. If there is not, and the landlord terminates the lease prior to the end date, you could have a cause of action for damages. If you would like to schedule an appointment to review the lease, visit www.aldrichlegalservices.com and give us a call.
