Legal Question in Military Law in Michigan

Unlawful order 4 personal gain

My supervisor told me to stay logged in a computer while i was on watch to leave for medical appointment that would last for an hour. his reason was so he can have quick links for the watch, (he was standing by for me) when i cam back i noticed he forwarded himself some emails for personal gain. my shipmate is filing an equal oppurtinity case against him. It was nothing bad, but it was talking about how he was building a case against him. i lost even more trust in my chief now and i want the command to know how untrustworthy he is. is there anything i can do?
