Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan

What should I expect next?

Hello,

I want to know if the circuit court judge has set my case for

mediation, and a date for discovery, also a jury trial date, have I in the judges opinion met the threshold for personal and serious injury, and is this an indication that the dispute

will be settled in mediation or at the trial. Thank you

These are the kinds of questions that you should be asking your lawyer. If your lawyer cannot answer these questions, you probably need to address your relationship with your lawyer. If you do not have a alwyer, that is even a bigger problem. William S. Stern 248-353-9400
