Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan

I plow snow in the winter time sometimes we pull onto major roads off of minor roads sometimes we have to backup on the major roads to plow the other direction on the miner road we just turned off of, in doing so the lead truck/driver is supposed to let the other plowers know what he is doing before he/she gets to the major road, well the lead driver didn't communicate what his intentions were so i figured we were just going around the block to get into a safer position to plow the other side of the miner street, instead of doing so the lead driver does not.He pulls out on to the major roadway and starts backing up,I pulled up to the stop sign, was checking the oncoming traffic to the left of me meanwhile the lead driver was backing up and backed into me as i was at the stop sign.Who would be at fault?

I may not understand all the facts but if your vehicle was standing still at a stop sign and the other driver backed into you, he would be at fault. Your problem lies in proof. He may claim that you were moving and he was stopped.

I agree. It's like a rear ender. If you are properly stopped and hit, it is the other drivers fault.
