Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan

Can I sue for damages resulting from a car accident the other driver was ticketed and at fault. I don't have insurance.

If you were the driver of your uninsured car, then no, you cant sue. If you were a passenger or otherwise not required to maintain insurance, then the story is different. Tim Klisz
