Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

My fianc� and I split up about couple months ago right after I signed a new lease She's listed as an occupant And I believe was listed as an occupant on the previous Lease. We ended up getting into a fight Nothing physical She got out a hand I told her she needed to leave for a little while Like to go cooldown or something like that She left the next day while I was at work came back pack her stuff and move back to Florida Her only income at the time was child-support So she helped pay half the rent and stayed home with the kids When she left she had no intention of giving me any money for rent for the month she was here Or helping to pay the lease that I have now Is she still responsible for half the rent

No. It is your lease and you are responsible. Anyway, she is gone and its not practical to sue someone in another state without a contract to require help with the rent.
