warrant deed fraud

purchased home 6/ 01 on 24 month contract. Pay-off at closing was $74,300, appraised value as of 6/03 was $108,000. Closed on 9/04/03 (sellers signed warranty deed) ( title company put lots of pressure on us to sign...said house was in foreclosure for payment and back taxes. there was a problem in the final figures and we didn't want to sign they said there wasn't time to redo we would lose house if we didn't sign if they would done proper title work they would have found bankruptcy. For weeks, title company wouldn't even return our calls.) on 9/09/03 we were informed one of sellers had filed bankruptcy ( on 8/13/03) . home was listed as asset. seller refused to make any attempt to get home released. after 5 weeks our lender recalled funds. Due to credit problems we were turned down for new mortgage. Now sellers are trying to evict us from home PLEASE HELP
