Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

My two brothers and I inherited my parents home last year. I wanted to buy it on a land contract...they said no. So they want to put it on the market to sell in the next couple weeks. My question is.... can they sell it without my signature?

It depends who is currently on title. If it is your name with them, yes they need your signature. If it is in a probate estate, the only signature needed is the personal representative. You can object to the sale, however, through probate. Tim Klisz kliszlaw.com
