My Father had passed away an he had an esate of $144.471. Which my aunt became Repersentive of his estate. My father had four children including myself, my aunt who became repersentive of his estate put we his kids down as his heirs. My aunt only gave we the kids all together $69,000 an my fathers home. An ther is money that is still not accounted four, when we clearly can count that there is still moneys left. An now my aunt is saying there is no money left. So I objected an had hearing befour a Probate judge. An the judge put a $15,000 bond on the estate that I have to pay. My question is My aunt is she intitled to anyhting of my father estate, an if so are we the children intitle to pay for any of the exspences? Like taxes, personal consumers, ect?

Re: Estate & Probate

Your aunt is entitled to fees as a personal representative, but not a part of the estate unless there is a will giving her a share or any particular items. Contact me at www.kliszlaw.com to discuss in greater detail. Tim Klisz
