Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

I have inherited my late fathers mobile home and recently put the title in my name. Do I have to pay all the back lot rent before I received the title?

If you put the title in your name recently, I assume you have the title. Am I missing something here? If he owed rent, you will need to pay it to stay, but I don't think they have the title in their possession. Tim Klisz kliszlaw.com
