Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

My mother was named in her longtime fiancees will to recieve 1/3 of assets including property. He owned one home. Her name was not included on the deed but the deed did include her fiancees 2 sons. Does this mean she is not entitled to 1/3 of that property?
