Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

mothers will

My mother is 93 years old, I have 3 sisters. One we just brought up here from another state because she is a drunk and had no home. Her and another sister stay at my mothers. My mother has a will that states the house is to be sold and divided among us. I recently found out my sister we brought up here is trying to talk my mother into putting the house in her name so if my mother dies she has a home. If my mother did that could we fight that?

Re: mothers will

you can fight it as undue influence and possible incapacity. If you feel your mom is in need of a conservator, this would stop any deeds from being executed. Visit www.kliszlaw.com to discuss. Tim Klisz
