Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

Do Trusts have to be filed with the State, to become a matter of public record after a person has died? If so, how long do they have to file this paperwork with the state?

Trusts are not public record unless filed with the Probate court. There is no time limit, nor is there a requirement to be filed with the court, unless there is an issue regarding same. Please contact me if you would lke my assistance with your trust issue at johntatone.com
