How much can i recieve for my injuries?
How much can i recieve for my injuries that required surgery for complete rotor cuff tear and when they opened the right shoulder up to do the repair they had to remove the bone under the shoulder blade because it was also severly damaged. It was said before surgery a know from the therapy i have went through it will never be the same , no lifting , pulling , repetive movements because of the damage .
I have numenous ,and poor circulation all the time.

You do not give adequate information so it is impossible to evaluate your case. How long did you work after the injury? How did the injury occur? What were your exact job duties? Who is the employer? Did you return to work after the injury? If so, for how long? Did you job duties differ when you returned and if so, for how long? Why are you not working at the employer? Did you work for any employer after the one where you were injured? What was your rate of pay? How many dependents do you have? These are all important factors that go into calculating a workers comp case.
