Do you have to file jointly in MN?

Do you have to file joint bankruptcy in the state of MN or can my husband just file single

You don't have to file jointly, but it is usually best if you do.

Under the new law, the court looks not so much at individuals but at households. So if you husband wanted to file alone, all of your income information would be required anyway.
