if a contractor i heired to do a job
heires someone to do the work for him and he deos not paythat person
can that person he heired collect from my company?

That depends on a few things. How much finished square footage is at issue? Did you get any pre-lien notice from the subcontractor? Do you have a mechanic's lien waiver from the subcontractor? Did the subcontractor perform the work? You may need to hire an attorney for this one.
